$DOCU (+1,12 %) :

Why is Docusign valued so cheaply? What am I missing?

KCF: at 11 (operating cash flow),

Profitable, sales growth in the upper single-digit range, a new SAAS category is being created with the new intelligent contract management, KUV of 3, debt-free, market leader, with e-signature cash cow with 80% gross margin.

Of course, growth has slowed considerably compared to the Corona period, but it is profitable and the share was also absurdly valued at the time.

Your opinions are welcome

It's crap software. But so is SAP 👍
@DonkeyInvestor Yep, it's not that great.
Contract by e-mail. It feels like 80% of the time it either goes into the spam filter or doesn't get through the human filter.

I've had touches here and there in Consumer Electronics Sales.

As soon as I hear: "runs via DocuSign", the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Then I have to think about how much turnover I'm making with this crap and do I really chase after every single one...or not.

Within C. it just made sense, but it was still an unnecessary amount of work for me as a salesperson. Paper, stamp and pen...just works best

@DonkeyInvestor so we've been using it since Corona and are really mega happy. I can't quite understand why.

@Dominik_0907 because your standards are so low 👍
@DonkeyInvestor Do you know our requirements? We use it to process several hundred contracts a year. Maybe it's just the user :)

@Dominik_0907 or that several 100 contracts are a waste of time 👍
