ABB sells robotics division to Softbank

The press release came out back in October, but I must have slept through it at the time.


I've actually been happy with my $ABBN (-0,77 %) satisfied with my position. But I found the robotics segment in particular very interesting and it was also a reason to hold the share.


I'm not sure whether I should sell the share promptly or wait and see?


Has anyone else perhaps looked into $ABBN?

I have ABB on my watch list precisely because of robotics, if the division were to be sold, that would be a thing! ( I have to check). Well, we sold our German industrial robot diamond - KuKa robots - to China without further ado. But 3 days ago I decided in favor of Fanuc Corp. from Japan for various reasons. $6954. This is the automation manufacturer par excellence. The share has performed well over the last 6 months. Good luck 🍀
