PZU Board recommendation for upcoming dividend

The management board of $PZU (-3,2 %) recommends a dividend of 4.80 zł/share from the 2025 profit.

A total of 4.14 billion zł will be allocated to the dividend. Ex-dividend date proposed for 17.09.2026, payout on 08.10.2026.

The remaining portion of the profit will bolster the reserve capital and ZFŚS.

Sounds good to me. I just recently added $PZU to my portfolio. For me it is a great company - not only for the dividend but also for the general outlook.
