The Meta share ($META (-1,11 %)) could falter after an impressive 20-day winning streak. On Tuesday, the share price fell to around 708.21 US dollars, a drop of 3.86% compared to Friday's close. 🎢 Despite the decline, the share price has gained around 20% since mid-January thanks to the promising outlook in the AI sector.
Meta currently has a market capitalization of almost 1.9 trillion dollars, bringing it closer to Google's parent company Alphabet (approx. 2.3 trillion). CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently reaffirmed his AI ambitions and plans to invest hundreds of billions of dollars in AI infrastructure. His goal: an AI assistant that reaches more than one billion people.
What do you think of Meta's AI strategy? Do you think it can reverse the decline in the share price? 🤔
