Dividend option of IBERDROLA INH ANR

Hello,

is anyone else invested in $IBE (-0,83 %) IBERDROLA and received this dividend option via TR ?

Option 1: Sell the rights to Iberdrola Inh. at a price of EUR 0.409 (less 19% withholding tax).

Option 2: Exercise the rights at a ratio of 39:1 on ISIN ES0144583327. The instruction can only be given for 39 rights or a

multiple thereof. The remaining rights will be sold by us.

As a newbie, I'm unfortunately not quite sure exactly what this means and what would be better.

What do you think is better?

Basically, it is the same as the choice between a cash dividend (option 1) or a scrip dividend, i.e. new shares in the amount of the cash dividend (option 2).

I have been invested in IBE for years and have always had the shares booked in, at least at Consors some of them are booked in. However, I recently reduced the position and regrouped.
