$AMZN (+1,53 %) is probably interested in a possible takeover of $AMC interested.
I would consider such an acquisition to be quite "fat"...
Just imagine:
Cinemas from Amazon with possible Prime conditions, Prime content etc.
Personally, I think this is very interesting in conjunction with the MGM acquisition.
