But Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank don't have to close because of you, do they?

For God's sake! They should both carry on as before and I would even be happy if both continued to rise sharply (even if I would have gotten more out of it). Compared to Amazon, for example, there are reasonable wages for domestic employees. If they had to close - with all the credit-related consequences for smaller and larger companies - a great many people would have to look for new jobs in Greece or Albania, for example. - Nothing against either country!

@Joker96 If you don't mind me asking, how long have you held CoBa and DB? You've been on the stock market for quite a long time!
And above all, when do you treat yourself now?

@BavarianLion easily 10-12 years and bought again and again

@Cossi when or what? :)

@Joker96 Respect, this shows once again that patience is the most important thing on the stock market 👍

@Aktienorang-Utan Peanuts. And very small ones at that. Do you remember? :)

@Joker96 Well, you probably didn't hold them for that long? Otherwise the price gain would not be possible. Deutsche Bank is simply a disaster investment for long-term investors (I mean people with an investment horizon of around 20 years). There are much better bank stocks.
With both Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank, you need market timing to make money.
And both banks have probably made so many people redundant in the last 25 years that it's hard to get away with it. Since Rolf Breuer started to restructure Deutsche Bank into a DB 24 and a Deutsche Bank for wealthy clients (this alone cost billions and was completely cashed in and reversed by his successor a few years later), it has been difficult to see a long-term, solid growth curve here.
I won't go into all the scandals, from the Kirch interview to the unbelievable lawsuits in the USA due to illegal business practices, which continue to this day.
If Deutsche Bank had behaved correctly and always acted sensibly, the share price would be somewhere completely different today.

I can just imagine you closing this deal like Brad Pitt in "The Big Short" in some pub on your laptop.

Hope that's in a tax structure...the KapEst deduction hurts at first
image de profil
@Tokugawa KapEst unfortunately always hurts - on a large and small scale

@Joker96 yes, but on a small scale it's not worth the effort of a structure...a different order of magnitude here
image de profil
@Tokugawa Yes, that's true. I'm simply sitting (sat) on too many bank stocks by comparison

What's going on here?
Selling almost 700,000 worth of bank shares in one week. Who hasn't experienced it😂
You're doing well, and good luck with your restructuring😎👍🏻👍🏻
