SAP SE $SAP (-1,87 %) has announced that it will increase the dividend for 2024 to €2.35 per share. This is a small but significant increase compared to EUR 2.20 in 2023. CFO Dominik Asam had already indicated in January that an increase was imminent.
But what does this mean for you as an investor? A higher dividend can be a sign of financial health and confidence in the future development of the company. 🍀 So is SAP on the verge of a growth spurt?
And: Is the increase enough to consider $SAP a buy? The share currently stands at 275.70 euros and has moved slightly downwards.
How do you rate SAP's dividend policy? Is this a reason for you to invest more in the share, or are you more likely to look at other factors? Discuss with us!
