As part of the German luxury car brand BMW’s $BMW (+0,23 %) pivot towards electric vehicles, they are adding an all-electric model to the 7-series line-up, called the i7. This new model, BMW’s third all-electric, is expected to arrive at dealerships during the fourth quarter with starting prices from around €85,000. Pre-orders opened today.

As shared by Danone, their revenues increased to 6.24 billio euros, in comparison to 5.66 billion in the same period last year. On a reported basis, this shows a growth of 10.2%, whereas on a comparable basis, a growth rate of 7.1%. Analysts had estimated revenues of 6.11 billion, hence the France-based multinational beat these estimates.

Yesterday, Netflix $NFLX (-1,99 %) released their earnings, which included news of losing roughly 200,000 subscribers in the first quarter. This is not likely to be the last quarter of decreasing subscribers, as they predict a further drop by 2 million in Q2. Suggestions for this include increasing membership costs as well as inflation.
