Celsius has already arrived in all sports in the USA

I bought some more to reduce the purchase price.

The brand is already present in various sports in the USA - NBA, NFL, golf, Formulas1, Nascar, boxing, MMA, tennis, IFBB, fitness, lifestyle with brand ambassadors and and and.... . You can even stumble across the brand on Netflix $CELH .

And there is still potential with a sales launch in other countries.

I was in New York in December and tried Celsius there for the first time. I thought it tasted great, much better than Red Bull or Monster and aimed at a different target group. Due to the inventory problem, it is difficult to make a valid forecast on the true growth rate of Celsius. As long as this uncertainty persists, there will probably be no turnaround in the share price. However, customers appear to be continuing to demand the product in a generally difficult market environment. However, there is a lot of competition and therefore bigger discounts (never a good sign). C4 and Alani in particular seem to be very popular at the moment. In the end, the question is what sustainable competitive advantages a company like Celsius actually has apart from brand presence. So far, they have failed to provide a track record of successful internationalization. I also have difficulties trusting the management when I listen to the latest earnings calls. In any case, I hope they manage the turnaround. Keep your fingers crossed with the investment.

Interesting share that has at least landed on my watch list. The challenge will be to prevail against the brutal distribution network of Coca Cola/Monster.

I wrote a longer article on Celsius vs Monster on my website in October 2024, which you might find interesting: https://www.thewolfofallstreetz.de/benchmarking-celsius/

I wonder when they will start in Germany, with Pepsico it should only be a matter of time. It will also be interesting to see how Monster reacts to stevia/alternative drinks.
