I sorted it out a few weeks ago, as I currently do not believe that J&J will outperform the market in the near future

@MoKi28 what do you have on your shortlist? or where did you put the cash from the sale?

@Memo0606 I am currently holding Msci World and part of it as a cash reserve. I have the feeling that there could be another setback soon. But will also go into an etf.

@Tenbagger2024 but not many that have everything together in the long term: size, global market penetration, long-term (I mean decades) growth, is better positioned financially and across the board in the entire healthcare sector than almost all others, and is the only company in the world apart from Microsoft to have a AAA credit rating. That is unheard of anywhere else on the planet. The fact that they have increased their dividend every year for the past 60 years should be mentioned in passing, and in my view the dividend plus the share price performance still make $JNJ a genuine long-term basic investment.

Perhaps not for traders who want to beat anything with short-term trading, that may be. But for long-term wealth accumulation: Definitely.

@Gomerdoc
It definitely belongs in every dividend portfolio.

Well, you also have to look at what the industry looks like. After all, hardly anything was lost at the annual level. Then there was the spinoff. The fundamental figures are not okay, the dividend yield must also be counted against the share price. They say it's a solid value, but would no longer be a big growth stock. The best scenario would of course be if they finally floated the diagnostics division on the stock market.

@topicswithhead yes bro
that's just the question i want a bit of stabilization in the portfolio but j&j is really falling asleep and i have a lot of health in the portfolio
as I said, I would like to buy financial stocks like $FI
••

@Memo0606 well where is stabilization not to fall asleep and many of your other values are not doing any better. Plus or minus 10 is not necessarily important. At the same time, it remains to be seen how things will continue. I actually think that J&J is a bit of a stumble for now, but I've been thinking about getting in all along. Don't think 135 is a bad price.

I sold the position 3 weeks ago, it was relatively small at €500 and only in the portfolio for a year, but there are so many better opportunities at the moment.
