Blackrock - A first buy after the bloodbath on Friday 💸

On Friday, the Blackrock $BLK (+2,06 %) share fell by a further 7 % to € 750.

I scraped together some cash and put a first large tranche into the stock here. I've wanted to be invested in Blackrock for a long time, as they have a great moat and a great business model thanks to the ETFs and their fees, which I want to be invested in.

The new release of Bitcoin ETFs in the USA caused a stir in all the financial media. Worthwhile or not? Who invests in these ETFs?

Well, in any case, this hype is also worthwhile for Blackrock, which earns money with the ETF... 😉💸

So I'm glad to have found a (hopefully good) entry point into the stock!

@Memo0606 do you think? I could imagine that the market will take a breather tomorrow and there will be a recovery. Such a strong sell-off as on Friday is rare, I think a recovery will follow.

Even on Friday we weren't down until the end of trading, prices held up on Friday or in some cases, as with Nike $NKE I think, turned positive again.

That has probably already started (I can recommend the Saturday episode of Alles Auf Aktien Podcast).

But a big ETF sale is also only temporary. Like a recession.

ETFs are part of a long-term investment, and a big sell-off will be absorbed again over the next few years. So I have no concerns about that.
