The wonderful world of REITs

I have looked at a large number of REITs, including $O (+0,14 %) but also $CUBE (-0,39 %) , $EGP (-0,31 %) , $VICI (-0,38 %) , $MAA (-0,43 %) , $REXR (-0,28 %) and many more. After a planned filtering (only USA, min. 3 % DIV, very high sales/earnings ratio and others), 4 buyable REITs remained, which I then analyzed with 2 tools. In the end, 2 buy stocks came out for me and I bought one directly; the buy limit for the other is just under 1.2% below the current price. I'm excited, this is my first investment in a REIT. Take a look at the portfolio or the video.

Note after comments: Stock Finder and Stock Guide. AF usually looks better, but I actually make more returns when I "trust" the company more.

Have a nice day and best regards,

Angelo

@GHF just. Writing an analysis, but then not saying what they are

@GHF and which filtering? And which tools? And why two? And why these two in particular? ... Questions upon questions that were not answered. And that early in the morning 😫☕

1.2 % below the current price. What kind of limit is that exactly? If it rises, you'll be annoyed that you didn't buy it after your analysis. In 4 months you will have achieved the higher price or lower number of shares through dividends.

@Smudeo Thank you for your feedback.
I wanted to hit a concrete scenario of the P/E ratio. And if I don't get it, then so be it. Getting angry is so emotional ;) is not part of investing for me.

That's exactly what I did with $EGP, buy limit below price. And bang 2 days later I had it.

And I think the reference to the dividend is wrong several times over.
