The share price fell sharply today because Klarna reports that it can save many call center employees with AI. I have now used this as an entry point for $TEP (-3,2 %) as I believe that many companies will outsource the call center/chatbot area anyway and Teleperformance itself will use AI and thus be able to save staff. There are also dividends. What do you think?

I agree with you, I come from the industry, although not from TP, everyone in our industry has to use AI as a supporting tool, WITHOUT AI and the openness of companies to use this tool, it will be almost impossible to survive on the market in the future. We already use a good tool set with AI and that is why we are successful and will be more successful regardless of what Klarna thinks.
