Even though I haven’t (yet) invested in Ki, from a neutral perspective I think that if SK Hynix and Kioxia really step on the gas when it comes to expanding NAND production, we’re likely to see a significant amount of CapEx coming our way. And that’s exactly why equipment suppliers like Lasertec or Tokyo Electron could benefit from this. Ultimately, it hardly matters which memory manufacturer comes out on top—the equipment suppliers stand to profit with every new plant.
@Tenbagger-Capital Yeah, I've been toying with the idea of opening a position in Disco and Lasertec for days now, even though there's still plenty of room for the price to fall. We'll see.
