$IREN Scam?

Hey everyone,

First post on this occasion:

The board of $IREN (+6,27 %) is simply giving the two co-CEOs 18.2 million RSUs worth nearly 800 million dollars. While the stock is under pressure due to Meta Cloud rumors, the Roberts brothers are cashing in big time.

I’m not a fan of this at all—what do you think?

A very weak signal at this stage.

That's a milestone plan, isn't it? It didn't just come out of thin air. Besides, the shares have a lock-up period—they won't all be issued right away, right? Today's personnel decisions are much more interesting. They're good people, and I think it's very positive.

Nope, no milestones. No operational targets, no price target. They'll just hold on to them for four years, as long as those two are around.

Performance is optional; dilution is included.

It's not always good news, and things don't always go up. I just bought more yesterday—so what? In 5 years, that 12% won't matter.

Am I the only one who thinks the amount is "somewhat" disproportionate? The latest quarterly figures weren't exactly impressive, after all.
Is there perhaps a family connection to Musk?
