How much do you put in every month?

@income_magician_28 This is very different. Fixed savings amount €3500 per month. In addition, there are spontaneous purchases, such as the last few days, for example, 2 times 50 shares of McDonald's (were an additional €25,000). I am gradually withdrawing from my properties (all debt-free) and investing the capital in shares, mainly dividend shares....

@opathomas would you go back to real estate at 30 or would you invest everything in etfs stocks? I personally would be very interested

@benz60 I personally think that building up a "fortune" with real estate at a young age and investing the capital in financial assets later on is a good way to go. Real estate is work, but you can learn a lot. With liquid assets, life really does feel more carefree, but you have to be consistent to achieve this. A small example from my life: A good 3 years ago, I bought a property in the low six-figure range. Since the purchase, 50% of the purchase price has already flowed back to me, so it was a very good investment... You can only find such "things" if you don't have to buy anything, are liquid and can assure the seller of a quick and smooth process... The profits made can then be invested stress-free in shares or ETFs, for example, in order to let your assets grow automatically....
