@Staatsmann Yes, there are significantly more transactions going on, Bloomberg has announced that they are using their "Covid playbook" and are now buying a lot.

What exactly does this mean for the shareholders? What advantage or disadvantage do the shareholders have?

@Finanzen2017 will be paid out at 54 per share. Personally, I'm selling to avoid having to wait until Q3 when the price is already so close. In this case, I don't expect the offer to improve
