The rising pattern of the past few days was broken by the setback earlier. The tightened SL has taken effect. I now expect precious metals to consolidate for a few days.

+8.8% (270€) in 4 days. Not as much as originally hoped for, but still. 👍

Gold continues to rise to ATH, silver follows.

The low general interest in the topic on Getquin and the skepticism of the experts @InvestmentPapa have encouraged me to open a first speculative position in silver. (P 30$, SL 26$).

You guys are great! I mean that sincerely. 🤗 So far, all speculations based on the Getquin sentiment have been positive (altcoins are still running at +50%). If it stays that way, I'll stay and continue to annoy you with critical and constructive questions. 😁🚀

If you only assumed 4 days (to a few days) from the outset, then my advice about the product was exactly right. And the skepticism has been confirmed... or rather, we will be even smarter about what will happen on the market in the next few days. In this respect, I don't take this as skepticism, but rather as confirmation of my statements. Be that as it may... congratulations that it worked out for you. Various others will burn their fingers. Anyone who is impressed by a €200 profit has only themselves to blame. 😅 The trade was more about showing that there are markets and strategies outside of B&H US Div and Tech that could be interesting.

I got out too early. The share is already at over €63. But no eggs?

Fortunately, I got back in at the new high when my correction thesis was refuted by the market. But eggs? In the end, I left €2 per bill in performance. Well, the main thing is that the eggs end up in the account 😅

@Testo-Investor I know I thought the sale was wrong at the time and I still do. It's quite possible that your target price will never be reached again.
Since 2018, my price target for gold has been 4500$ in 2026-28. I start selling slowly from 3000$.

But I also think it's important not to get angry about premature selling. Constant learning is the most important thing. So: error analysis, system adjustment if necessary, move on. 👍

@Epi I don't really have much left to bring at least a little balance into the portfolio ... I'm not annoyed. The return is now being achieved with other assets... the money would be unstratified immediately, so everything is actually fine :)- and I still own some gold, so :-) that's fine too

The model performs blatantly, in the backtest approx. 60%pa. But the risk is lower than B&H ACWI (25%maxDD) due to various holding lines. I'm really curious to see how the model will survive the next bear market. I actually make returns with the model in all market phases, only sideways phases and pendulum markets kill it.
