Long-term investment in the field of quantum computing

Hello together

I have been a silent reader so far, but now I would like to tell you about my find / my investment in $QNTM (+1,68 %) report.

In my opinion, this is the first (recently launched) reasonable quant ETF and I will now be investing in it regularly.

Here are some key data:

$QNTM (+1,68 %) - IE0007Y8Y157

%0.55 TER

21.05.2025 listed

Includes $IONQ
$QBTS (-1,15 %) and $RGTI

Accumulating with quarterly rebalancing

Fund highlights

  • Early, diversified access to a potentially disruptive technology
  • Investment in companies advancing the research, development and application of quantum computing
  • Inclusion of both emerging innovators and established technology leaders with extensive patent holdings in the field of quantum computing

I think this ETF offers me (and maybe you too? 😊) the chance to get in on the quantum computing action early with a little diversification and a reduction in volatility.

What are your thoughts on this?

Best regards

RAGEmond

Apparently it's so new that you can't find it on TR. At least not me

Thanks for the article, it's nice that you can invest in Ionq and rigetti via detours, but with a TER of 0.55 it's expensive and the three you mentioned only make up 30%.

I don't like the holdings. Where is Alphabet? Why is Boeing above Microsoft? What are they smoking at MarketVector that they create such an index. If I want exposure to quantum I would get the $IUIT or a semiconductor etf (they will be the first to switch to it as soon as you can make money with it).

Hello everyone, new update on Trade Republic, just had another look. Now the ETF is also tradable at Trade Republic under ISIN: IE0007Y8Y157

Hello RAGEmond, according to my research, the ETF is not yet approved for distribution (source app Consorsbank) and is therefore not tradable. I would therefore be interested to know with which broker you can already save this ETF. Thank you very much, Klaus

@wealth_navigator_1660 Hi Klaus, I'm sorry I can't help you with that. I work for a Swiss bank and trade there.
