Spin off

Hello everyone, at $TKA (-19,81 %) the spin-off is coming up soon. I have had thyssenkrupp in my portfolio for some time and have been planning to sell it for some time. However, I would like to take part in the spin-off and then sell the parent company directly. Is there any way I can set this up automatically? I had already thought about setting a stop loss shortly before the spin off, which would then be triggered immediately. Is that possible?
