Good plan, and good luck. But maybe I wouldn't invest the entire 150K in dividend stocks. Maybe build a second growth portfolio where you build up some cash and go for performance.

@Tenbagger2024 Thank you very much for the good wishes. I would like to point out the conservative investment here, i.e. really capital preservation with a good cash flow, before capital growth.
I also have a performance portfolio. However, I trade this actively and trade a lot of options there. It was also started in January, but is not really an issue here. If you are interested, I can see how I can incorporate it here.

•@Tenbagger2024 ok I'm foaming at the mouth. There are currently 2 trades. One on the IWM and one on crude oil. As these are income trades, I'll have to see how I can find an entry point here
