Investing in data centers - what do you think?

I have been thinking about investing in CapitaLand | $9CI (-0,84 %) for some time.

I find their portfolio and increasing investments in data centers interesting.

And as a fan of dividends, the company is also very interesting.

CapitaLand is the real estate developer for commercial assets. They have a number of REITs in which they most of the time move their assets after a certain time. In May is the next split and shareholders get some additional shares of $C38U .
They also have $A17U which was a merger with another real estate developer some years ago, and with focus on India $CY6U .
To the topic data centre, I like them for many years already. And we need many many more, with cloud, IOT, AI etc. Another Singapore developer has a REIT specific for data centre $AJBU . Here the dividend is a bit lower, but the price volatility and phantasy higher.
