Today $LINK (-0,01 %) broke through my limit order. My bet is out. :) Immediately placed two more, if it keeps pumping like this, I'll soon be rid of it :)

@leveragegrinding because I simply don't believe in them. None of this has any value for me. Look, I entered the $DFI /DUSD ecosystem in 2021. The whole thing was great in theory. But the road to 50 at the time turned into a road to worthlessness. For me, altcoins are the surfboards and the general wave to ride, but I want to be out in time. So far, with the exception of $MATIC, I'm very well up everywhere and I'm securing my profits, because we've seen with so many altcoins that they may have been top in the last cycle, but are now just yesterday's news.

What's more, I'm not interested in the use cases, which are certainly great... For me, they are objects of speculation to make money.

You mustn't forget one super-important thing about crypto. No value is created or produced during the holding period. That's why one person's gains are always another's losses. And I'd rather be with those who grab the exit liquidity of the stupid ones who get in too late. (or perhaps exit a little earlier and still go home with a good profit). That sounds harsh, but that's the reality of crypto. Most people lose money because they get in now in the bull market, when prices are high, and then don't get out in time.

For me, there are no exits before the respective ATH level.
It's like trading penny stocks: where do the masses stop buying? at new prices.
Content plays almost no role here, let's be honest

@leveragegrinding Valid point, but the question I ask myself with altcoins is whether they will still be able to break through the former ATHs of the previous cycles in the long term, and I'm no longer sure about that with LINK. Basically, we have the problem that the coins that performed well in the last cycles are more likely to be yesterday's news in the coming cycles. ... You have a narrative in each cycle that is different in each subsequent cycle.
