@FairValue I actually wasn't very worried about that. They will more or less move with the Bitcoin price - provided they don't have to sell their Bitcoin. And the probability of that is very low due to the low level of debt. That's the big advantage of a hype stock - they were so overvalued that they were able to buy so much Bitcoin by issuing new shares (which means they bear virtually no risk) :D
I was more worried about Strategy in the meantime because of their preference shares - but with the cash reserve they have now built up, I have far fewer concerns :)
With stocks such as Metaplanet or Strategy, I always ask myself whether it makes sense to look at indicators such as the bullish crossover at all, after the price should orient/behave analogously to Bitcoin...?
@ehrlichergauner certainly not only. But the other big factor in my invest is the rising global liquidity. This is very bullish for Bitcoin in the medium term. Pushed by the FED's growing balance sheet and falling interest rates (albeit slowly).
