2nd Vodafone to invest €7 billion in German fiber network
Vodafone plans to further expand its fiber-optic network in Germany. As part of an agreement with Altice Europe NV, the two companies are sharing an investment of 7 billion euros (7 billion dollars) in their largest market and establishing a joint venture. The aim is to provide around 7 million homes with a fiber optic connection.
