$MVC (+0,68 %) is on that line and they have offices all over Spain. Basically they buy well located spaces, they invest in the building and then either sell or lease, both residential and for office space. What do you think about it?
is a good idea to get some at current prices? Dividend price looks great. Not so sure about the moment in Spain because everything seems to be at all time prices ever to buy a house or even to rent. Im afraid the bubble will burst at some point…
