Investigators confiscate Campari shares worth billions

There will be a bloodbath on Monday 🙄

$CPR (-4,4 %) Italy's financial police have confiscated shares in the global spirits group Campari worth almost 1.3 billion euros. This follows allegations of large-scale tax evasion in business transactions abroad, according to the investigating authorities. The shares belong to the majority shareholder of the traditional Milan-based group, the Luxembourg-based holding company Lagfin.

@Hotte1909 I don't like it either, but there was a time when you could even earn money with it 😬 so with the shares not with the booze 😂

How should we imagine this? From whom were the shares confiscated?

@Solitair the link to the article is in the post. The shares were confiscated from the largest shareholder. Don't think that affects small shareholders. I once had 50 shares a few years ago during Corona 😬

Interesting. Then the mother's "control" should be temporarily gone.
