Well the SPY5 has 1.11% and vusa 1.08%..quite the same but spy5 has paid 5.61€ in last 12months as its share has higher value.
The metric that i considered was lowering TER ratio( 0.03. In contrast vusa has more than double TER (0.07). Volume of a fund SPY5 has doubled in extremely short time and i would say it has potential to outperform vusa completely.
I find it really attractive as fees do add up over time and for long term might be very attractive option.

@teoo I also plan to move to $SPY5 from now on, its tracking difference is better than Vanguard counterpart, and it has lower fee.
I want to also mention that the differences that we are talking here is not that much, but $SPY5 has more advantages.
I am not planing to sell my existing holdings in Vanguard but rather I will replace my weekly contributions to $SPY5.
