@TomTurboInvest great anyway :)
What do you earn on the side with your trades on average per month? Does the money flow into other trades or into your main portfolio?

•@Petzi-Port The average monthly net return is shown in the next part 😁
A portion goes straight back into new trades, but also into the main portfolio and the rest into quality of life.
Saving is good, but you shouldn't forget about life either. The last shirt has no Taschen🤷🏽♂️

@TomTurboInvest cool I'm curious I hope I don't miss the post :)
Is your main portfolio linked to your account or another one?
Investing enough money in quality of life is the most important thing anyway

•@Petzi-Port My main portfolio is partially mapped, but boring. In my B&H Core I only have ETFs - an all-world and an old dormant world. A China and eurostoxx ETF to weight these markets a bit more to the world. A few bond ETFs to have a little less vola in my portfolio at my age and an investor apartment because I was interested in tracking in getquin.
Not shown is another older house with apartments and a plot of land plus an old inherited fund.
Essentially, you can say that everything that has been added since 2021 is in GQ.

@TomTurboInvest Do you save in these ETFs on a monthly basis? This older house with apartments, do you intend to renovate it and rent it out?
••
@Petzi-Port I save the ETFs according to the situation, and then also with larger amounts such as in April.
The house with the apartments is rented out, but I will sell it at some point, just like the building plot. I don't do any renovating.

@TomTurboInvest ah ok are you planning to buy more apartments to rent out?
••
@Petzi-Port We're just thinking about it, but if it's only a new build, that's what the last apartment was. It's like a carefree package, the first few years of warranty, and then a few more years of easily calculable costs for maintenance, etc...

@TomTurboInvest yes of course with a new build you have a lot less to think about, my second apartment is currently being renovated, all the pipes are already new and the electricity is still being installed. You have value potential + tax advantages.
How is it with you, you've already rented out the first one. New-build rents are usually higher than older, well renovated apartments?
