Strabag is about to take over the British specialist civil engineering company Van Elle Holdings plc ($VANL (+0,95 %) ). The Boards of Strabag UK Ltd and Van Elle Holdings plc have agreed the terms of a takeover. The Van Elle board will recommend that its shareholders accept the £58.8m (approx. €67.5m) offer.
