Purchasing reweighted - position full

And another step forward in the monthly cash flow, that was except for $IMB (-1,04 %) my last position, which was not yet fully completed in terms of purchase volume. So I'm done with the existing stocks for the time being. The average expected monthly gross dividend for the current portfolio without bonds and ETFs is now around €2,150. Now the second part of my investment plan begins: over the course of the year, I will initially invest a further 500k in cash in a wide range of investments from bonus certificates, corporate bonds, ETFs, commodities and a few selected shares from various sectors that are not yet weighted or only slightly weighted. The aim is to achieve moderate growth and the main focus is on an unexcited income strategy. Boring for many here, I weiß🤷‍♀️😉, but I've decided that I want to have sufficient monthly income when I turn 61 without having to go back to work. But I also need a bit of change to "gamble". I have treated myself to professional support for this major task within the framework of private banking and, in the course of expanding my portfolio, I take the liberty of presenting one or two securities with limited, but nevertheless attractive, returns for those here in the forum who are not quite so risk-averse.

@Dividendenopi you're always smarter afterwards 🤫

I'm curious to see how it goes, maybe I'll do the same in a few years. So far, I have a net dividend of around €1000.

How do you weigh?

@loginvest between 14k and 15k purchases per position, with the exception of gold, which I hold physically. I will adjust $EWG2 as part of the further positioning.

@Dividendenopi also a good approach.... I'm thinking about something else in the direction of $QQQY and $SPYY

@loginvest These two are not for me and have an extremely low fund volume after more than half a year. But I haven't looked at them in depth yet.

@Dividendenopi Please always state values as percentages. Absolute figures don't mean anything to me, as I don't know the size of your depot ;-)

@wealth_builder_1876 Have a look at my profile, you can see my portfolio there. You'll have to do the math yourself..😇😁

500k cash? In figures 500,000 cash available?

@Novius 500k is 500000 🤫😉

@SAUgut77 Yes, yes. I was just surprised by the height 😮

@Novius Yes, there are five hundred thousand euros that have so far been conservatively deposited in call money accounts. Today, half of it has expired at ING, was at least 3.3% on the extra account, the remainder at Renaultbank still has 2.3% for BESTANDSKUNDEN at the moment. The other 1.4 to 1.8% and that is now really money destruction, especially in view of probably further falling interest rates in the eurozone. So we're reallocating and entering the market bit by bit. Cash reserves will be added on top if there is something wrong with the real estate and will go to $XEON. The interest rate ladder with fixed-term deposits expires in 2028 with medium amounts and is currently yielding between 3.95 and 4.75% p.a. I'm not being aggressive in the market and am now continuing to "tinker" with the income 🤑🫠
