Ask prices?!

I checked my watchlist again this morning. Among others, there are $IREN (-6,83 %) and $RKLB (-7,36 %) have dropped significantly from their ATHs.

How are things looking for you guys? Are you buying at these prices, selling, and still confident in the company, or is certain news getting you down?

P.S.: I’m not invested, but I’m seriously considering it.

No, you rarely do well with hype stocks.

@Tomtom12 Well 😃, there's definitely some substance to that

@Sithz Of course, institutional investors are involved, too. Statements like that always come from people who either jumped on the bandwagon too late or can't handle the volatility :)

@Tomtom12 Is Rocket Lab a hype stock? That's a bold thing to say when you're in the red on virtually all of your basic individual stocks….

@Tomtom12 You can't just say something like that—everyone who's in the red will immediately feel attacked 😂
Yes, I'm buying more at $IREN —I see great potential here in the medium term.

In the short term, of course, the price could still go down. You just have to put up with the volatility with these stocks.

@Bavarianholder What would be the best-case scenario for you with IREN? Well, for RKLAB, it would obviously be a smooth launch of the new Neutron platform—but beyond that, I'm still none the wiser…

@DumpMoney On the one hand, I think the contracts will be fulfilled and, if necessary, additional partners (e.g., Antrophic) will be brought on board.

Of course, I also expect demand for infrastructure to remain stable or continue to rise.

A stronger Bitcoin could also boost the price on the revenue side (despite the transition to being a pure infrastructure provider).

Of course, if headwinds arise here—such as lower demand, etc.—things could quickly go in the opposite direction.

However, I’m optimistic and will hold on to my shares 😊—just my opinion

@Bavarianholder They both have a strong volley, but that's nothing new 🤷🏼‍♂️

@TradingHase That's right 👍🏽

@emppsb are already close
I would never buy this. Just stay away from it!

@Divident_e For what reason?

$RKLB I can't say. I've never looked into it.
I had "$IREN " last year; I wouldn't touch it again.

@Olli68 Why not? What's wrong with that?

@DumpMoney I'm concerned about the type of financing and, as a result, the increasingly extreme dilution of the number of shares in a business where the future is still uncertain.
And right now, I find the founders’ personal enrichment to be highly problematic for a company of this size and at this stage of development (as reported last week).

@Olli68 Well, these stock packages didn't just come out of nowhere—they were already set. Sure, it's not great that this package was tied to a time frame rather than a share price; it leaves a bit of a bad taste in your mouth. At least the packages come with a holding period, and management will certainly appreciate a rising share price 😉

@TradingHase And the amount??? Just under $1 billion for a company of this size. I did the math. That works out to an annual dilution of 17% that the company has to generate—solely through this compensation package—to keep up with its competitors.
I haven’t seen such a disparity since the “Neuer Markt” era and, most recently, Elon Musk.

@Olli68 Yeah, but I mean, those were Australian dollars.
image de profil
@TradingHase That's 18.2 million shares. So, U.S. dollars. Unfortunately.
You just had me sweating a little, wondering if my calculation was in the wrong currency. 😅

@Olli68 Anyway, I think they have to hold onto the stocks until 2030. By then, the price should have gone up. 😂
I hope you've thought it over and decided not to invest in those stocks?
image de profil
@Sithz Because he'd already taken massive losses that week? 😂
image de profil
@dividend_dynamo_wtbrk Yeah, so what? It's going to rise massively in the future. After all, from an annual perspective, everything is way up.
@Sithz I never claimed the opposite either; I was just stating a fact. You don't seem to be too fond of facts, and I'd love to borrow your crystal ball sometime 🔮😂

@dividend_dynamo_wtbrk I can lend it to you for a fee
