Which individual share or ETF is currently popular

Hi,

I know a question like this doesn't really go down well, but I'll give it a try anyway.

I'm looking for a stock that is currently quite undervalued and is interesting for a long-term investment.

I now have $RHM (-5,06 %) some money left over for investments.

I would be delighted😀

I think $ASTS is very interesting. Huge potential in the coming years but of course risk also come with it. For me its worth it!

As a long-term dividend investor, $PEP and $MC are certainly interesting for an entry or further increase or even $NOVO B. However, I have not really dealt with them in detail yet.

In my opinion, there are a few good bargains in the REIT sector at the moment. $AMT has already risen slightly after the recent figures. ;)

Not undervalued, but still cheap at the moment are $AMGN at around €250 and of course $UNH.

If you prefer something more exotic, take a look here: $VOYA. Unfortunately I went in too early afterwards.
