@Stullen-Portfolio Good point. I am aware of the current negative total return. For me, $YYYY is a cash flow building block, not a total return investment. As long as the distributions continue and I reinvest them, that's ok for me. If there is no structural improvement or the NAV continues to erode, I will get rid of it.
