A look at Equinor's press release page provides clarity. In addition, as a shareholder you have probably signed up for the newsletter, where you regularly receive such reports by email😉😇: The NOK cash dividend per share is based on the average USDNOK fixed price of Norges Bank in the period plus/minus three working days from the record date of February 17, 2026, a total of seven working days.

Norges Bank's average fixing price for this period was 9.5267. The total cash dividend for the third quarter of 2025 is therefore NOK 3.5249 per share.

On February 27, 2026, the cash dividend will be paid to the relevant shareholders on Oslo Børs (Oslo Stock Exchange) and to holders of American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") on the New York Stock Exchange.
