When I was asked here whether I’ve invested or plan to, I said that my Danish broker had issued a report advising against investing because 15 million new shares are being issued and the earnings reports have also been postponed. At the time, people “laughed at me,” saying it was all just panic—the Danish analysts’ price target is just under 1 euro 🇩🇰🤷😬

@Raketentoni I wouldn't read too much into that. Issuing new shares isn’t unusual for growth stocks like this. It happens with larger companies too, such as $OHB. I’ve also read analyst comments setting a target price of €250 for $NOVO B at €70. What concerns me more is the news about the postponed reports. That’s often not a good sign.

@Multibagger I asked Mister Prompt about it 😬

**Hey Chris,**

The 4-euro mark certainly looks incredibly tempting from a psychological standpoint after that extreme drop from +3000% to +1300%, but I’d hold off for now. In my view, this is currently a classic case of catching a falling knife and not a good time to get in for the first time.

I took another close look at the current situation at Sivers. The crash didn’t come out of nowhere—there’s a lot of turmoil brewing on the fundamentals right now:

**1. Financial Statement Adjustments & Delayed Reports:**
In the spring, Sivers had to postpone its 2025 annual financial statements and the Q1 report for 2026 several times. The reason: They are exploring a dual listing on the U.S. stock exchange (Nasdaq New York) and had to adjust their financial statements to comply with strict U.S. standards (PCAOB). The results of this internal review were rather unfavorable. They had to defer revenue to later years, revalue inventory, and fully write off development costs that had already been capitalized. As a result, the operating loss (EBIT) for the full year 2025 turned out to be significantly worse in retrospect than initially reported (revised to -177.8 million SEK). The company’s equity has shrunk. This immediately leads to a massive loss of confidence among investors.

**2. Severe Dilution:**
To continue financing growth, they are flooding the market with new shares. As recently as the end of May 2026, there was a targeted new issuance of over 8.6 million shares. On top of that, at the most recent annual shareholders’ meeting in mid-June 2026, they approved new convertible bonds carrying a hefty 10.85% interest rate. At the same time, the board was granted broad authorization for future, additional share issuances. Anyone buying now is buying into a pie that’s actively being sliced into smaller and smaller pieces.

**3. Cash Burn Instead of Profit:**
Yes, the growth story involving photonics, AI data centers, and satcom is incredibly exciting, and revenue is growing strongly. But the bottom line is that the company continues to burn through massive amounts of cash, and the stock is fundamentally highly volatile.

**My Conclusion:**
The market isn’t pricing in “bargain prices” here, but rather the severe dilution caused by the new shares and the revised, weaker financial results. Blindly setting a limit order at 4 euros is dangerous. It’s better to let the price run its course until a clear bottom has formed on the chart and the market has digested these new figures.

It’s better to miss the very first rebound and buy in a bit more expensively once a confirmed uptrend is in place than to take on full risk here! ✌️

It's just a stock that fit the narrative and was hyped all over social media—hence the surge. Any reasonably experienced investor should have realized that the rally wasn't sustainable anyway.

@Raketentoni
1. The shares were issued in preparation for the Nasdaq listing and M&As.
2. The most recent reports were postponed due to the financial preparations for the Nasdaq listing (since certain formal criteria must be met).

@MaxtheCat When is the NASDAQ listing scheduled? Because right now, I can only trade them in Germany.
@Multibagger That is not yet known; details are expected by August 6 at the latest, when the next earnings report is released. Based on the
general timeline, the launch is expected in early Q4 2026—in any case, before the volume ramp-up in H2 2027.

@MaxtheCat No problem. All I can tell you is that when I have certain stocks on my watchlist, my broker sends me daily push notifications.
So far, it's always been good for my portfolio :)

@Raketentoni I just meant that as a heads-up :)

@MaxtheCat I think it's good when we keep the discussion objective here—after all, people read other posts here too :) Nobody's causing a panic or trying to pull a "pump and dump" here.
Since I live in Denmark, I also read more articles about Scandinavian stocks.

Have a nice weekend
