$ATVI could not find any info on the net, is there a reason why the dividend was cancelled at activision?

Perhaps because the takeover by Microsoft will probably not come about after all, as a result of which a few billions have already gone down the drain...

@JUNl the takeover has been under discussion for more than a year, yet the dividends have always come in. The company is also in a good financial position without mcrsoft?

@JUNl On the contrary, Microsoft even has to pay Activision 3 billion in compensation if no takeover takes place
