Hey guys, what do you think of the Consumer Staples ETF?

I find consumer staples to be an important portfolio component, but I'm not sure which individual stock(s) would be best to take there, so I've been thinking about purchasing this ETF. The downside for me is that what I really like about consumer staples is the dividend, which is not included here. What do you guys think of an ETF like this?
