PSI Software share takes off: Warburg Pincus wants to take over PSI Software for around 700 million euros

The investment company is offering 45 euros per share for the software company, which has around 2,350 employees and specializes in the energy sector, announced PSI Software in Berlin on Monday. The takeover bid corresponds to a stock market value of a good 700 million euros. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board supported the takeover bid. The takeover is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.
