Hello everyone,
I am currently looking at $MRK (+2,28 %) and am considering adding the share to my portfolio. The company is known as a pharmaceutical giant with a strong drug portfolio, especially thanks to Keytruda, which is one of the best-selling cancer drugs worldwide. The pipeline seems promising, the dividend solid and the company has proven in recent years that it remains stable despite market uncertainties.
Nevertheless, there are also risks: patent expiries, competition from biosimilars and possible regulations could slow down growth. The valuation is quite attractive in historical terms.
I am interested in your opinion:
Do you see Merck as a strong buy-and-hold stock or do the risks outweigh the risks for you? How do you assess the growth potential vs. the challenges?
I look forward to your opinions!
