Do you know what the situation is with withholding tax, how the refund would be possible?

@jkb92 In principle, Hong Kong does not withhold any withholding tax, but since this is a CNE (China share), China withholds 10% withholding tax.

However, you can have the 10% fully credited against your total final withholding tax in Germany through a DTA with China with the annual adjustment.
