Supplement to the black hole ORSTED

In addition to my 10x $ORSTED (-4,18 %) today it has booked 150x $DK0064307839 (-14,16 %) into the depot today.

Many thanks for the dilution. Missed the jump. Who is still in? Who still wants to hold? 🤣 Who is using the subscription rights?

@KaRamba in my case, 375 shares were added to the 25 shares. but i don't quite understand it. do you now automatically have them in addition or can you buy them at the favorable price of 66 kroner? i don't understand this at flatex. you can select a capital measure but not buy any. there is always an error message. in addition, they are listed with subscription rights under orsted where you can buy one for 0.74 euro. where do i do that now?!

@MichiAT You can either sell your subscription right (within the deadline of 02.10.25) OR execute the subscription. You should (have) received a message from your broker.
At DKB you can do this via Internet banking > "Depot" > "Mehr" > "Kapitalmaßnahmen" > "Weisung erteilen"

With 375 subscription shares, you will receive 53 shares at the preferential price of €8.84 (DKK 66).
If you do nothing within the deadline, your subscription right expires, which in your case is worth €270 today. So either use it or sell it.

Now I still have to decide whether I want the "bargain" at all 🤪

@KaRamba but if i only want to buy 25 shares, for example, is that also possible? or will the 28 shares then be sold? so i hold a total of 40 and would like 25 in addition to the price of 8.84 euros per share 🤗

@KaRamba i personally think the "deal" at 8.84 euros a share is good. but i think in the long term and am convinced that orsted will recover. they are generally very well positioned

@MichiAT If you want to buy 25 shares, you will need 175 subscription rights (7 for 1) = you will have 200 subscription rights left of your 375 at the end. These will then remain in your securities account until 1.10.2025. After that they are gone. So sell until then.

@MichiAT The right to purchase is worth money until 01.10., after that it is no longer worth anything because you won't get anything for it as the deadline has expired.

The subscription ratio is 15 to 7, i.e. shareholders receive 15 subscription rights for every share held - seven of which are required to acquire one new share. The rights issue begins on September 19 and ends on October 2.
