Since the sell-off is dragging on for quite a while, I expect we’ll see a prolonged sideways trend here. That’s why I’m selling, and I might soon make a few additional purchases in some stocks that are still in a correction phase.
Target completion by 2028
The acquisition of the Gorgé family’s stake is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027, following the necessary antitrust and regulatory approvals. The subsequent mandatory tender offer for all remaining Exail shares is expected to be completed by early 2028 at the latest.
