What do you do with

$MUX (+6,22 %) ? They have done well and although I got in late I am up 30%, which I think is very good for a share in such a short time. Do you let them continue to run? Are you hedging your profits with SLs or are you holding them for the dividend, no matter what happens? The price gains are strongly driven by $4X0 (+0,2 %) .

+69 simply continue to run. Still paying a good dividend in top. I bought them long term back then. But of course you're happy to take the price increase with you

They made a big splash with their acquisitions last year. There were some nice things and the business model and figures were ok for me, which ultimately prompted me to buy in at the beginning of this year; the dividend yield at that time was also suitable for my strategy. The rise now is unexpected, of course driven by $4X0, but very nice with a plus of around 50% in such a short time. An expected setback is not a bad thing and the dividend tastes all the better

My average entry price is just under €10. I originally got in because of the attractive dividend yield of 10%, but MUX quickly developed into one of my most stable positions. Even in turbulent times, it remains consistently in the top 3 of my portfolio and is added to when the share price falls.

I always wonder why everyone wants to sell their silverware 🤷‍♂️

I've had Mutares on my watchlist since the beginning of last year because I think the business model is very good. Of course, there is always the comparison with a grasshopper, but in my opinion this does not really apply here. Fortunately, I got in with an initial position after the short attack and topped up twice more. Currently up ~66% and with a dividend yield of ~9.41% (€2.25) a nice position in the portfolio.

Not only the Steyr story shows that Mutares' strategy works, but also past exits and many interesting acquisitions for the portfolio.

So in my strategy I am clearly in a long term position and therefore I am not even thinking of selling here and will add to the position if necessary in the event of a proper setback.

I've been in it for years - buy in at around € 18. One of my best positions in the portfolio, even if it was occasionally a rollercoaster ride.

Why did you buy the share?

I read two interesting, positive articles which, in connection with the investments, above all of course $4X0, prompted me to get involved. And yes, I actually bought them for my medium-term portfolio. However, my expected price target of 38 euros (approx. 30%) was exceeded in a very short time. I only got in on Tuesday at 29.50 and 36% in 3 days is already very strong for an equity investment. Even my derivatives don't often manage that. Apart from days like today. On the other hand, the position is not so big that I can use the money for other investments. Maybe I'll also consider an SL at my target price if it has run another 5%.

@Multibagger Partial selling would also be an option. I will definitely hold for the long term if we don't fall below €26 again
@Sansebastian The item is too small for that. But I have just looked at the chart. We are on the verge of a golden cross and I think we will definitely see the ATH of 43.40. Maybe it will go above that and then up to 50. But it also depends on how the investments perform. But for the time being I'm sticking with it.
