what is your opinion on $ABR (+1,57 %) ?

Is the share also something for the longer term?

Do you think that the ATH before the ImmoCrash will be reached again?

In my opinion, a very good dividend payer:

+ Current dividend yield (12.40%)
+ 10-year dividend yield (9.46%)
+ Continuity (10Y)
+ Growth 5Y (11.71%)

The 3Y payout could be better (80.70%).
See no reason why this should change. But you never know 🤷🏼✌🏻

Strong company, lots of short interest tho so I keep the position small at 200 shares. Should benefit a lot from lower interest rates so still a good pick mid term, not sure if its the most safest long term holding tho!

only backdraw at present is a legal threat in US. multiple law firms try to sue $ABR for faked balance sheets leading to investors loss. But I'll stay invested
Had a bad feeling about this one lately and had been looking to sell my entire position @ break even. Their dividend is not sustainable anymore and there will likely be a cut in the near future. Sold last week @ $13.85. Glad I got out 2 days before the drop.
