Savings plans are not executed

Does anyone also save Ares Capital $ARCC (+0,32 %) with Scalable? This is the second month in a row that the savings plan has not been executed.

No information as to why. And the customer service doesn't answer either.

All other savings plans are being executed as usual, but not this one.

My $ARCC savings plan is not being executed either. The reason for this, as far as I have now found out, is that the savings plans are automatically ordered on EIX. However, $ARCC is not tradable there.
I have also written to the support team that it might be good to be able to set the exchange on which orders are to be placed when creating the savings plans. I also noted that it might not make sense to process all savings plans automatically via EIX without checking whether the securities are even available there.
Let's see what comes of it.

But I agree with you. How can I offer savings plans without being able to manage this. I am always glad that SC is not my main broker. There are always some little things where you have to ask yourself what kind of butterballs are working there. But the main thing is to hire some finfluencers as expensive figureheads. 🤷🏻🤦🏻

I had the same problem today with EUWAX Gold 2, which was really annoying, especially as it gained almost 3% today.

Yes, my euwax gold 2 didn't go out today either. Very sad as I am only registered there for gold. Physical gold is probably not available at trade republik. Somehow frightening how bad they are. It makes you worry about your money

@Happysurfer I also had a few problems with them last year. And all this in combination with incredibly poor customer service. I only really use SC for share savings plans and adding to small positions. In case of doubt, everything is then transferred to the main account at ING.

It is curious that my Euwax gold 2 savings plan went through last month. Let's see if it works next week. :)

@_xempex_ Yes, mine also went through last month. I wonder if BaFin should perhaps be informed. After all, they have my money from the savings plan. With tens of thousands of people, that can add up to a pretty penny.

@Happysurfer At least you'll get your money back. I also got my money back from Ares after the order was marked as expired.

Of course, it's still really annoying. That's why you have savings plans. And I wonder how you can offer that without checking that the newly advertised exchange can do it at all. By the way, one-off purchases work...you can still do that via gettex.

@WarrenamBuffet especially since it worked the first time, but not last month and this month.
That's one of the reasons why I moved many positions back to ING and keep my main custody account there.
Especially as the customer service simply doesn't manage to provide proactive information.

@_xempex_ really stupid, the customer service is actually not that bad if you compare it with TR, for example.
