@FinanzPapa At the current price you have a dividend yield of just over 8%. Buy, leave it and buy more on dips. Of course, you shouldn't expect any price fireworks.

@FinanzPapa For me, the track record is still relatively short and is definitely one of the more speculative values, but it's running, nothing to complain about so far and 🍊mann hasn't messed with it yet either.

I prefer companies with a longer history.
