Selling stocks deep in the red?

Some stocks are deep in the red for me. Mostly consumer stocks, which to me seem that the sentiment is not that positive.

Anyways, what to do with these stocks?

Just hold it or put a SL= Stop Loss

Sell them, if u have better Ideas were too put the Money or u think that the Companys will underperform next few years.
If u think that this are good Companys and the Performance will go upwards stay in.
