Edenred, I am going in

Few days ago my software flagged $EDEN (+0,24 %) as a great oportunity, I posted about it. Today I wake up to a -14% ...

So I run my algo again: it tells me that the italian antitrust investigation it could be a one time fine at worst. And even with "concerns over Brazilian court rulings regarding meal voucher operations.", the stock is incredibly cheap and has very strong fundamentals.


So today I am going in with a package of 4000 Eur, wish me luck

I went in with the KO-Turbo here: $DE000UN39837. Knock-out is 13% away at 13.65 and leverage is a manageable 6.7. What does our dear @Multibagger say?

@Keineui I would hold it until tomorrow evening at the most. If US ground troops intervene during the week (the extended ultimatum expires on Saturday morning), Monday will be KO at the start of trading. It is losing over 50% today.

@Multibagger I kept it anyway and have been lucky so far. Currently at 40%. I'll let it run a little longer. Thanks also to @investron for spotting the opportunity.

@Multibagger I guess I was also very lucky. It was actually a totally atypical investment for me to have bought both the share and a certificate. But apparently I was lucky here. But I don't do deals like this that often. It just seemed to me that the opportunity was much higher than the risk.

From what I can gather it seems that the Italian and Brazil situation are already priced into the companies forecasts.

So unless something material has changed I agree with you, that the sell-off looks like a good opportunity. Numbers remain strong and the business case is intact.

The management of the company literally has already acknowledged these hurdles. So there is basically no news to this 15% sell of.

This cries for a long position @Multibagger ?

@Keineui I have not dealt with this company so far. Generally speaking, I don't think this is a good time for long-term investments in risk-on stocks. I don't think we've seen the worst yet.
